How our work creates impact: How teams measure design work, share and reward team success, and enable others — even those outside of the team — to learn and use design and research activities
Main activities
UX governance
Support each Business Unit by leveraging the DesignOps practices along the product life cycle. Provide the necessary specialized toolings and processes for collaboration
Business Units support
Build solid foundations by onboarding UX profiles, working closely with Product and Engineering to push UX forward as a strategic role. Drive UX adoption by generating business benefits in strategic areas.
Amadeus Branding
Develop the usage of the Design Factory, the Amadeus design system. Continuously improve design guidelines and patterns to promote best practices.
UX as a Service
Offer UX support to unleash all BUs initiatives. Boost innovation by supporting new projects. Help organisations to find UX professionals and recruit top talent.
Main objectives:

Articulate a comprehensive and worldwide DesignOps vision for Amadeus

Standardize UX tools, processes and methodology across all department, advocating the UX and Design system importance

Create a central UX portal for resource and knowledge sharing within the UX in Amadeus

Implement a long-term vision for the Design system focusing on continuous improvement

Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the Design system solution aligns seamlessly with business objectives
